When you have a breakout or one tiny pimple you want to make it go away immediately. So here is list of topical acne treatment I've been try so far..
You could easily find this in any pharmacy and drug store. It has 3 types such as; cream, gel and alcohol based. I've tried cream and gel type. I found that the gel type dries pimple faster but dries your skin, And if you applied to much there will be thin film layer, that look like a dry patches. Cream Based one takes longer time to dry your pimple but didn't dry y
our skin.

2. Benzolac (Benzoyl Peroxide 5%)
This is also as easy to find as Erymed, I like this because it's the fastest to dry the pimple. But it left dark spot. You need to be extra careful when use this, because it could bleach your hair if the cream touch your hair. when I had pimple in my eyebrow, I used this as a spot treatment, but then I notice that my eyebrow hair became lighter. later I know, not only it could bleach your hair but some also notice that it bleach fabric (I found some round spot in my pillowcase lol). More over, benzyl Peroxide sting and dry your skin.

3. Brevoxyl (Benzoyl Peroxide 4%)
This is also contain Benzoyl Peroxide like Benzolac, but with less concentration. I found it less effective compare to Benzolac, But it also sting and bleach fabric.
4. Aesop's Control
I tried it when I first start breakout. It has clear gel type consistency. The sales person recommend me to use it with Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque. So first you use the spot treatment on a pimple, then you put the mask on top of the spot treatment. This combination dries my pimple quite fast. I try to use Aesop's Control alone and find that it doesn't work as well as combine together. But since I found other product work well and much cheaper, I never repurchase this.

5. Khiel's Acne Blemish Control Daily Skin-Clearing Treatment
Kheil's sales person give this sample for me. He told me that it is effective to dry the pimple and help to lighten the post acne marks. But I tried it and didn't like it. My skin became so dry, although I only applied it on my problem area, somehow other area around where I applied became so dry and irritated.

6. Etude House AC Clinic Intense Pink Powder Spot
This is my all time favorite acne topical treatment, it dry faster, and also I notice that it left the lightest dark spot. The only problem, when you applied it, you will have pink powder spot, and need to lose all insecurity you have to wear it in public. But seriously this dry the pimple quite fast, not much dark spot, not dry your skin and not sting (unless if used on open wound).
7. The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish gel.
This one is also a good spot treatment, it dries the pimple without makes your skin dry. But I hate that the doe foot applicator. The aplicator help to apply the product without using hand or cotton bud, but somehow a little bit unhygienic, since I use it to dot the pimple then I put it back. it felt I'm growing bacteria farm inside the bottle.

I've tried it long time ago. It has gel consistency, not sting, not drying, and I don't think that this gel do anything to my pimples too hahahahha.

Mini Review & Comparasion : Spot Treatment
Tiap kali kalu jerawatan, walaupun cuma satu aja kita pasti ngga sabar pengen biar jerawatnya cepet2 hilang. Jadi ini list obat totol jerawat yg udah pernah aku cobain:
1. Erymed (Erytromycin 2%)

Obat jerawat ini bisa dibeli di apotik manapun. Erymed ada 3 macam, bentuk krim, gel dan cair. Yang pernah aku coba bentuk krim sama gel. Buat yang gel ngeringin jerawatnya lebih cepet, tapi kadang bikin kulit kering, dan kalo makenya kebayakan kayak ada lapisan bening tipis (kelihatan kayak kulit yang ngelupas, tapi bukan). Buat yang bentuk krim emang ngeringin jerawatnya lebih lama, tapi ngga bikin kulit kering. Buat yang gel terkadang bikin kulit perih, sedangkan yang krim ngga bikin kulit perih walaupun kena bagian kulit yang luka.

2. Benzolac (Benzoyl Peroxide 5%)
Yang satu ini juga gampang dapetinnya. Aku suka ini karena ngeringin jerawatnya paling cepet diantara banyak obat jerawat yg pernah aku coba. Tapi ninggalin bekas hitam. Terus pakenya harus hati-hati, soalnya kadang bikin rambut jadi pirang. Waktu aku ada jerawat di alis, aku pakein ini, tapi terus kok alis jadi pirang, terus ternyata baru tahu, ngga cuma bisa bikin rambut pirang tapi juga bikin warna kain pudar (Sarung bantal jadi tutul-tutul lol). Terus benzolac bikin perih dan kulit jadi kering.

3. Brevoxyl (Benzoyl Peroxide 4%)
ini juga mengandung Benzoyl Peroxide sama kayak Benzolac, cuma konsentrasinya lebih rendah. Menurut aku kurang efektif dibandingin sama benzolac. Tapi sama-sama bikin perih dan warna kain pudar.
4. Aesop's Control
Aku nyobain ini waktu pertama kali jerawatan parah. Bentuknya gel bening yang agak kental. Aku pake ini sama Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque (Masker berbahan dasar Clay). Jadi pertama pake obat jerawatnya dulu dijerawatnya, terus ditumpuk lagi sama maskernya. Kombinasi dari dua produk ini cepet banget ngeringin jerawat. Pas dicoba pake Aesop Controlnya aja hasilnya ngga sebaik waktu dipakai sama maskernya. Terus semenjak nemuin obat jerawt yang efektif dan lebih murah ngga pernah beli ini lagi.

5. Khiel's Acne Blemish Control Daily Skin-Clearing Treatment
Sales person Khiel's ngasih sampelnya buat dicoba. Dia bilang kalau produk ini efektif banget buat ngilangin jerawat dan memudarkan bekas jerawat. Tapi setelah dicoba dan ngga terlalu suka. Obat jerawatnya bikin kulit jadi kering, walaupun cuma dipake di jerawatnya aja, kulit sekitarnya jadi kering terus juga bikin bruntusan.

6. Etude House AC Clinic Intense Pink Powder Spot
Ini obat jerawat paling favorit, cepet bikin jerawat kering dan walaupun berbekas ngga gelap-gelap banget. Cuma pas dipake dimuka pasti ada totol-totol pink dan buat pake diluar rumah mesti bakal bikin orang-orang nanya kenapa mukanya penuh totol-totol. Tapi ini yang beneran ngeringin jerawat cukup cepat, bekasnya ngga terlalu gelap, bikin adem kalau jerawatnya gatel dan ngga bikin perih (kecuali dipake dibagian luka ya...).

Yang satu ini juga lumayan, ngeringin jerawatnya cukup cepet dan ngga bikin kulit jadi kering. Cuma kurang suka sama aplikatornya yang kayak lip gloss. Aplikatornya bantu buat ngolesin produk ke jerawat tanpa perlu pake tangan atau cotton bud. Tapi rasanya kok agak kurang higenis, abis nyentuh jerawat dimasukin lagi, kayak dalem botolnya jadi perternakan bakteri buat jerawat.
